Training of Trainer (TOT) for key extension workers of farmers’ organisations at sub-national level on backyard chicken rearing!

In order to strengthen the capacity of service delivering to farmer members directly by farmers’ organisations at sub-national level, therefore CFAP as a co-executor within MTCP2-Cambodia sent four farmer leaders as key service providers come from four cooperatives in four provinces i.e. Svay Rieng, Prey Veng, Kampong Cham and Kampot provinces.

After completion of the training of trainer (TOT) on backyard chicken rearing, the four trainees will become trainers and as key service providers come from the four cooperatives in four provinces are capable to provide training to farmer members directly. The TOT training held from 8-10 April 2019 in Phnom Penh. CFAP will provide training manuals and coach these consultants to provide training services as needed.
