Smallholders in Cambodia needed to link their produces to markets
Cambodian Farmer Federation Association of Agricultural Producers (CFAP) is promoting smallholders by building the capacity of farmer members on agricultural technical skills, packaging/processing, business planning, marketing planning, value chain, raising awareness on climate change and financial management included economic analysis for agricultural production costs to ensure that small scale farmers can continue their farming activities with sustainability.
Smallholders needed to have regular markets for their produces with better prices through a contract farming with buyers, moreover they wanted to strengthen their existing collection points for collective sale and purchase at their own cooperatives and for market supply regularly.
