PHEM Samnang born on May 1st, 1997 at Chambok village, Check commune, Svay Rieng town, Cambodia.

Samnang hold a bachelor of business administration in management and associate English at Svay Rieng University. He did his internship on sales and as shelter sales agent (SSA) for two years with international NGO. He gained experience sales management, networking, collecting Interview, conducting surveys with authority and relevant local government departments, communication with rural smallholders, planning, researching, reporting, monitoring and follow up with clients.

He also served as a sales manager for a private sector for one-year as well as microfinance company as a credit officer (CO) for a period of three-years as well as Real Estate Company.

He started working for the Cambodian Farmer Federation Association of Agricultural Producers (CFAP-Cambodia) in January, 2024 as an Executive Secretary. In this capacity, he is responsible for overall organizational management and partnership under supervision from the office of the chief executive office.
