AGROECOLOGY LEARNING ALLIANCE IN SOUTH EAST ASIA REGIONAL BOARD MEETING!

From 29th May to 1st June 2023 participated in the field visit to Bosh Khnor station in Kampong Cham province to visit the model/exposure farms on cover crops, seeds production, soil quality improvement and local inventional planting machinery hosted by DGA – MAFF prior participation in the regional ALiSEA Board of members meeting held in Siem Reap, Cambodia. The meeting aimed to promote better knowledge at the regional level. It was the first meeting gathering all board members of the three countries (Cambodia, Lao PDR and Vietnam). The meeting had defined priorities activities for the long-term sustainability of the ALiSEA network. The meeting also shared the consolidation of the countries discussion on membership, policy and knowledge management. Further internal structure and governance had also discussed to strengthen the ALiSEA leadership. Each country shared the achievements and next action plans following by discussion and exchange ideas included the ALiSEA General Assembly that will be held on 7-8 November 2023 in Lao PDR. The participants got opportunity to visit agroecological practices nearby Siem Reap city to see smallholder farmers grow vegetable on upper beds made from woods and prepared cement supported by GRET – APICI project. During the briefing, the chairwoman of the Sahakhum Kaksekam Sovatapheap Thomacheat cooperative presented that the cooperative registered with the provincial department of agriculture forestry and fisheries (PDAFF) in 2019 with 73 households, 60 females, now the cooperative has 120 households, 93 females. Growing vegetable on brick beds provided good quality of produces and growing well, in average the cooperative sells 150 to 300Kg of AE vegetable produces per month with the varied prices in between 4000 to 8000 riels/Kg. The cooperative followed the PGS model. Due time constrains in June; therefore, the Cambodia ALiSEA board of member organised a monthly coordination meeting on a bus from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh. ALiSEA’s media will have further discussion to enable best communication and dissemination of stories from the fields in particular for members.

ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី 29 ខែឧសភា ដល់ថ្ងៃទី 1 ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ 2023 បានចូលរួមក្នុងការចុះទស្សនៈកិច្ចនៅស្ថានីយ៍បុសខ្នុរ ខេត្តកំពង់ចាម ដើម្បីទស្សនាកសិដ្ឋានគំរូ/ការប៉ះពាល់លើដំណាំគម្រប ការផលិតគ្រាប់ពូជ ការកែលម្អគុណភាពដី និងម៉ាស៊ីនដាំដុះតាមបែបច្នៃប្រឌិតក្នុងស្រុក ដែលរៀបចំដោយ DGA – MAFF មុនពេលចូលរួម។ កិច្ចប្រជុំក្រុមប្រឹក្សាសមាជិក ALiSEA ប្រចាំតំបន់ ដែលធ្វើឡើងនៅខេត្តសៀមរាប ប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះមានគោលបំណងលើកកម្ពស់ចំណេះដឹងកាន់តែប្រសើរឡើងនៅថ្នាក់តំបន់។ វាជាកិច្ចប្រជុំលើកដំបូងដែលប្រមូលផ្តុំសមាជិកក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាលនៃប្រទេសទាំងបី (កម្ពុជា ឡាវ និងវៀតណាម)។ កិច្ចប្រជុំបានកំណត់សកម្មភាពអាទិភាពសម្រាប់និរន្តរភាពយូរអង្វែងនៃបណ្តាញ ALiSEA ។ កិច្ចប្រជុំក៏បានចែករំលែកការបង្រួបបង្រួមនៃបណ្តាប្រទេសពិភាក្សាស្តីពីសមាជិកភាព គោលនយោបាយ និងការគ្រប់គ្រងចំណេះដឹង។ រចនាសម្ព័ន្ធផ្ទៃក្នុង និងអភិបាលកិច្ចបន្ថែមទៀតក៏បានពិភាក្សាផងដែរ ដើម្បីពង្រឹងភាពជាអ្នកដឹកនាំ ALiSEA ។ ប្រទេសនីមួយៗបានចែករំលែកសមិទ្ធិផល និងផែនការសកម្មភាពបន្ទាប់ ដោយការពិភាក្សា និងផ្លាស់ប្តូរយោបល់ រួមមានមហាសន្និបាត ALiSEA ដែលនឹងប្រព្រឹត្តទៅនៅថ្ងៃទី 7-8 ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ 2023 នៅប្រទេសឡាវ។ សិក្ខាកាមមានឱកាសទៅទស្សនាការអនុវត្តន៍កសិកម្មរុក្ខសាស្ត្រនៅជិតក្រុងសៀមរាប ដើម្បីមើលកសិករខ្នាតតូចដាំបន្លែនៅលើគ្រែខាងលើធ្វើពីឈើ និងរៀបចំស៊ីម៉ងត៍ដែលគាំទ្រដោយគម្រោង GRET – APICI ។ ក្នុងកិច្ចសំណេះសំណាលនេះ លោកស្រីប្រធានសហករណ៍សមាគមសន្សំប្រាក់សុវត្តិភាពធម្មជាតិ បានបង្ហាញថា សហករណ៍ដែលបានចុះបញ្ជីនៅមន្ទីរកសិកម្មរុក្ខាប្រមាញ់ និងនេសាទខេត្តក្នុងឆ្នាំ ២០១៩ មាន ៧៣ គ្រួសារ ស្រី ៦០ នាក់ ដែលបច្ចុប្បន្នសហករណ៍មាន ១២០ គ្រួសារ ស្រី ៩៣ នាក់។ ការដាំបន្លែលើគ្រែឥដ្ឋផ្តល់ទិន្នផលល្អ និងលូតលាស់បានល្អ ជាមធ្យមសហករណ៍លក់បន្លែ AE បានពី 150 ទៅ 300Kg ក្នុងមួយខែ ជាមួយនឹងតម្លៃខុសៗគ្នាក្នុងចន្លោះពី 4000 ទៅ 8000 រៀល/គីឡូក្រាម។ សហករណ៍បានធ្វើតាមគំរូ PGS ។ កំណត់ពេលវេលាកំណត់ក្នុងខែមិថុនា; ដូច្នេះហើយ ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាល ALiSEA របស់កម្ពុជា បានរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំសម្របសម្រួលប្រចាំខែ នៅលើរថយន្តក្រុង ពីខេត្តសៀមរាប មកភ្នំពេញ។ ប្រព័ន្ធផ្សព្វផ្សាយរបស់ ALiSEA នឹងមានកិច្ចពិភាក្សាបន្ថែមទៀត ដើម្បីឱ្យមានការប្រាស្រ័យទាក់ទងល្អ និងផ្សព្វផ្សាយរឿងរ៉ាវពីវិស័យនានា ជាពិសេសសម្រាប់សមាជិក។
