CAPACITY BUILDING FOR YOUTH AND WOMEN ONE OF THE PRIOROTY AREAS WITHIN THE CFAP CAMBODIA!

Capacity building for the rural youth and women is one of the key priorities amongst other priority areas of the Cambodian Farmer Federation Association for Agricultural Producers (CFAP Cambodia).

In 2023, several international capacity buildings for youth coordinated included the Gymnasium of the World Farmers’ Organization in Europe and 3rd ICA-MAFF (Japan) Online Training Course  On “Strengthening Management and Development of Agricultural Cooperatives and Farmers’ Organizations in ASIA and Pacific-2022”. Our Purposes aim to build and upgrade the capacity of the rural youth and women leaders of farmers’ organizations and agricultural cooperatives in Cambodia to work professionally for farmers’ organizations and agricultural cooperatives and in good leadership, further they can speak with policy makers and related actors for farmers and farming communities and those work with the rural communities. 

We also aimed to provide opportunities for youth to be able to accurately measure their ability/knowledge, so they can prepare well in advance to integrate their knowledge into the region and the world in the future.

After providing opportunities for rural youth to receive leadership and management training for cooperatives and farmers ‘organizations, Mr. Sok Sotha, Director of the Cambodian Farmer Federation Association of Agricultural Producers (CFAP Cambodia), provided additional orientation and coaching for young people to be able to participate in the training program successfully.

ការកសាងសមត្ថភាពសម្រាប់យុវជន និងស្ត្រីនៅជនបទ គឺជាអាទិភាពសំខាន់មួយក្នុងចំណោមវិស័យអាទិភាពផ្សេងទៀតរបស់សមាគមសហព័ន្ធកសិករកម្ពុជានៃអ្នកផលិតកសិកម្ម (CFAP Cambodia)។ នៅឆ្នាំ២០២៣ ការកសាងសមត្ថភាពនៅអន្តរជាតិជាច្រើនសម្រាប់យុវជនដែលបានសម្របសម្រួលដោយសមាគមសហព័ន្ធកសិករកម្ពុជានៃអ្នកផលិតកសិកម្មរួមមាន៖ កន្លែងហាត់ Gymnasium Program របស់អង្គការកសិករពិភពលោកនៅអឺរ៉ុប សំរាប់អ្នកដឹកនាំវ័យក្មេង និងវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលតាមអនឡាញ ICA-MAFF (Japan) លើកទី៣ លើ “ការពង្រឹងការគ្រប់គ្រង និងអភិវឌ្ឍសហករណ៍កសិកម្ម និងអង្គការកសិករនៅអាស៊ី និងប៉ាស៊ីហ្វិក- ២០២២”។

គោលបំណងរបស់យើងគឺការកសាង និងលើកកម្ពស់សមត្ថភាពរបស់មេដឹកនាំដែលជាយុវជន និងស្ត្រីនៅជនបទនៃអង្គការកសិករ និងសហករណ៍កសិកម្មនៅកម្ពុជា ដើម្បីធ្វើការប្រកបដោយវិជ្ជាជីវៈសម្រាប់អង្គការកសិករ និងសហករណ៍កសិកម្ម ហើយក្នុងភាពជាអ្នកដឹកនាំដ៏ល្អ ពួកគេអាចនិយាយជាមួយអ្នកធ្វើគោលនយោបាយ និងអ្នកពាក់ព័ន្ធនានាក្នុងកំរិតនយោបាយ។ សម្រាប់កសិករ និងសហគមន៍កសិកម្ម និងអ្នកដែលធ្វើការជាមួយសហគមន៍ជនបទ។

យើងក៏មានគោលបំណងផ្តល់ឱកាសដល់យុវជនដើម្បីអាចវាស់ស្ទង់សមត្ថភាព/ចំណេះដឹងរបស់ខ្លួនបានត្រឹមត្រូវ ដូច្នេះពួកគេអាចត្រៀមខ្លួនបានល្អជាមុន ដើម្បីធ្វើសមាហរណកម្មចំណេះដឹងរបស់ពួកគេទៅក្នុងតំបន់ និងពិភពលោកនាពេលអនាគត។

បន្ទាប់ពីផ្តល់ឱកាសដល់យុវជននៅជនបទ ទទួលបានការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលភាពជាអ្នកដឹកនាំ និងការគ្រប់គ្រងសម្រាប់សហករណ៍ និងអង្គការកសិកររួចមក លោក សុខ សុថា នាយកសមាគមសហព័ន្ធកសិករកម្ពុជានៃអ្នកផលិតកសិកម្ម (CFAP Cambodia) បានផ្តល់ការណែនាំបន្ថែម និងបង្វឹកដល់យុវជនឱ្យមានលទ្ធភាពចូលរួមក្នុងកម្មវិធីបណ្តុះបណ្តាលកំរិតអន្តរជាតិឲ្យទទួលបានជោគជ័យ។
