SOUTH EAST ASIAN MODULAR TRAINING PROGRAM ON INCLUSIVE, INTEGRATED AND INOVATIVE PUBLIC POLICY CYCLES FOR FAMILY FARMING!
Losbanos, Philippine, SOK Sotha, a lead founder and managing director of the Cambodian Farmer Federation Association of Agricultural Producers during the training workshop on Modular Training Program on Inclusive, Integrated and Innovative Public Policy Cycle for Family Farming in the frame work of the UNDFF provided inputs to improve the policy development to support family farmers.
To improve the existing mechanism such as National Forums, TWGAW and or Integrated national working group in a new game changer which involve multi stakeholders in a loop, thus to meet the sustainable foods. The main actors within the integrated forum should be government, farmers’ organization, farmers, private sector and development partners (DPs). Capacity building for the rural youth, women and marginalized groups to enable them to have capacity, thus to sustain agriculture and the livelihoods of family farmer in rural areas.
