CAPACITY BUILDING FOR NEW MEMBERS OF THE AGROECOLOGY LEARNING ALLIANCE IN SOUTH EAST ASIA “FOUNDATION OF AGROECOLOGY”

The Cambodian Farmer Federation Association of Agricultural Producers (CFAP Cambodia) is a part of the Agroecology Learning Alliance in Southeast Asia (ALiSEA), responsible for policy dialogue. Capacity building for members’ organizations is one among other priorities/programmes within ALiSEA network to promote agroecology in Cambodia and in the region. To ensure members are up to date with the network, therefore capacity building and thematic workshop for knowledge sharing have been conducted accordingly additionally to the online knowledge hub. CFAP Cambodia was sharing knowledge and experiences on policy action plans and strategies to all participated members, we focusing mainly on the network’s goal, work, strategies, ASEAN policy guidelines on agroecology transitions, problems and solutions. There were 48 participants, 14 females come from 21 multiple institutions across Cambodia.

សមាគមសហព័ន្ធកសិករកម្ពុជានៃអ្នកផលិតកសិកម្ម (CFAP Cambodia) គឺជាផ្នែកមួយនៃសម្ព័ន្ធសិក្សាកសិអេកូឡូស៊ីនៅអាស៊ីអាគ្នេយ៍ (ALiSEA) ដែលផ្តោតលើកិច្ចសន្ទនាគោលនយោបាយ។ ការកសាងសមត្ថភាពសម្រាប់អង្គការសមាជិក គឺជាកម្មវិធីមួយក្នុងចំណោមកម្មវិធី/អាទិភាពទាំងឡាយក្នុងបណ្តាញ ALiSEA ដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់កសិអេកូឡូស៊ីនៅកម្ពុជា និងក្នុងតំបន់។ ដើម្បីធានាបានថាសមាជិកទទួលបាននូវបច្ចុប្បន្នភាពការងារសកម្មភាពជាមួយបណ្តាញកសិអេកូឡូស៊ី ដូច្នេះការកសាងសមត្ថភាព និងសិក្ខាសាលាចែករំលែកចំណេះដឹងត្រូវបានធ្វើឡើងជាបន្តបន្ទាប់ បន្ថែមពីលើមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលចំណេះដឹងតាមអនឡាញ Online ។ អំឡុងពេលសិក្ខាសាលាបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនោះដែរ CFAP Cambodia បានចែករំលែកចំណេះដឹង និងបទពិសោធន៍លើផែនការសកម្មភាពគោលនយោបាយ និងយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រ ដល់សមាជិកដែលបានចូលរួមទាំងអស់ ដោយយើងផ្តោតជាសំខាន់លើគោលដៅ ការងារ យុទ្ធសាស្ត្រ គោលការណ៍ណែនាំគោលនយោបាយអាស៊ានស្តីពីវិវឌ្ឍនាការកសិអេកូឡូស៊ី បញ្ហាប្រឈម និងដំណោះស្រាយ។ មានអ្នកចូលរួមសរុបចំនួន ៤៨ នាក់ ស្រី ១៤ នាក់ មកពី ២១ ស្ថាប័ន នៅទូទាំងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។
