CAMBODIA APFP-FO4A PROJECT’S REFLECTION WORKSHOP TO REVIEW THE ACHIEVEMENTS, CHALLENGES AND AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT COLLECTIVE BUSINESS TOWARDS MATURITY OF COOPERATIVES AND PRODUCERS’ ASSOCIATIONS IN CAMBODIA!
On 20-21 October 2025 the National Farmers’ Organizations Platform in Cambodia organized the APFP-FO4A project’s reflection workshop in Phnom Penh, Cambodia to review the achievements and challenges on use of a revolving fund of 14 sub national farmers’ organizations (SNFOs) that received grant from IFAD and EU to improve collective businesses at their cooperatives and producers’ associations. Mr. Sok Sotha, CFAP lead founder and Chief Executive provided advisory support on leadership and management of the cooperatives as a collective business driven based organizations to focus on agri inputs credit to members to improve farming activity, he also highlighted on how financial institutions and farmers’ associations/cooperatives can thrive together as a good partnership by starting from zero interest rate to not fully charge of interest rate and fully charge of the interest rate when the farmers’ business grow well. Moreover, he also highlighted about the role of the Boards and head of the Management that play key roles to the success of the organizations though you are small, medium and/ or big institutions.
Among those, a member of the Cambodian Farmer Federation Association of Agricultural Producers (CFAP) also received one project on use of a revolving fund to expand collective business, connection with big buyers and selling agri inputs including seeds to farmer members and vice versa aimed at improve production toward safe, healthy and sustainable food systems. Further, the purpose of using a revolving fund will respond to the needs of smallholders to improve their livelihoods through expanding collective agri businesses of agricultural cooperatives and producers’ associations.
In the reflection workshop one our member had supplied 255,681Kg or 256tonnes of fruit products (only melon and yellow water melon) from January to 20 October 2025 to super markets and buyers in Siem Reap, Battambang, Sihanouk vile and Phnom Penh. Our members also raised some concerns on markets for farmer members, technical knowledge training for new interested members, knowledge, technology and capacity on fruit innovation and storage that can keep the products qualitative after harvesting.

នៅថ្ងៃទី ២០-២១ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នេះ វេទិកាអង្គការកសិករជាតិនៅកម្ពុជា ក្នុងក្របខណ្ឌគម្រោង APFP-FO4A បានរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលាឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងគម្រោង ដែលបានធ្វើ ឡើង នៅរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ដើម្បីពិនិត្យមើលសមិទ្ធផល និងបញ្ហាប្រឈមលើការប្រើប្រាស់មូលនិធិទុនបង្វិលរបស់អង្គការកសិករថ្នាក់ក្រោមជាតិចំនួន ១៤ (SNFOs) ដែលបានទទួលជំនួយពីមូលនិធិអន្តរជាតិសម្រាប់ការអភិវឌ្ឍកសិកម្ម IFAD និងសហភាពអឺរ៉ុប EU ដើម្បីកែលម្អអាជីវកម្មសមូហភាពនៅតាមបណ្តាសហគមន៍កសិកម្ម និងសមាគមអ្នកផលិតកសិកម្ម ។
លោក សុខ សុថា ប្រធានស្ថាបនិក និងជានាយកគ្រប់គ្រងនៃសមាគមសហព័ន្ធកសិករកម្ពុជានៃអ្នកផលិតកសិកម្ម CFAP, Cambodia បានផ្តល់ការប្រឹក្សាយោបល់លើភាពជាអ្នកដឹកនាំ និងការគ្រប់គ្រងសហករណ៍ជាស្ថាប័ន ប្រកបអាជីវកម្ម សមូហភាពដោយផ្តោតលើការផ្តល់ឥណទានកសិកម្មជាធាតុចូលដល់សមាជិកដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់សកម្មភាពកសិកម្ម លោកក៏បានលើកឡើងអំពីវិធីដែលស្ថាប័នហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ និងសមាគម/សហករណ៍កសិករអាចរីកចម្រើនជាមួយគ្នាក្នុងភាពជា ជាដៃគូដ៏ល្អដោយចាប់ផ្តើមពីអត្រាការប្រាក់សូន្យ រហូតដល់ការប្រាក់ មិន ពេញលេញ និងការប្រាក់ពេញលេញនៅពេលអាជីវកម្មរីកចម្រើន។ ជាងនេះទៅទៀត លោកក៏បានលើកឡើងអំពីតួនាទីរបស់ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាល និង អ្នកគ្រប់គ្រង ដែលដើរតួនាទីយ៉ាងសំខាន់ឆ្ពោះទៅរកភាពជោគជ័យរបស់អង្គការ សហករណ៍ ទោះបីជា ស្ថាប័ននោះ តូច មធ្យម និង/ឬធំក៏ដោយគឺទំហំនៃការទទួលខុសត្រូវគឺទៅតាមនោះ។
ក្នុងចំណោមនោះ សមាជិកនៃសមាគមសហព័ន្ធកសិករកម្ពុជានៃអ្នកផលិតកសិកម្ម (CFAP) ទទួលបានមួយគម្រោងផងដែរដើម្បីពង្រីកអាជីវកម្មសមូហភាព ការតភ្ជាប់ជាមួយអ្នកទិញធំៗ និងការលក់ធាតុចូលកសិកម្មឱ្យសមាជិក រួមទាំងគ្រាប់ពូជផងដែរ ក្នុងគោលបំណងលើកកម្ពស់ផលិតកម្មកសិកម្មឆ្ពោះទៅរកប្រព័ន្ធចំណីអាហារប្រកបដោយសុវត្ថិភាព សុខភាព និងនិរន្តរភាព។ លើសពីនេះ គោលបំណងនៃការប្រើប្រាស់មូលនិធិទុនបង្វិលនឹងឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងតម្រូវការអាជីវកម្មខ្នាតតូច ដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់ជីវភាពរបស់ប្រជាកសិករតាមរយៈការពង្រីកអាជីវកម្មកសិកម្មសមូហភាពនៃសហករណ៍កសិកម្ម និងសមាគមអ្នកផលិតកសិកម្ម។
នៅក្នុងសិក្ខាសាលាឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងនេះផងដែរ សមាជិកស៊ីហ្វាបកម្ពុជា CFAP, Cambodia បានផ្គត់ផ្គង់ផលិតផលផ្លែឈើចំនួន ២៥៥,៦៨១គ.ក្រ ឬ ២៥៦តោន (ត្រសក់ផ្អែម និងឥឡឹកសាច់លឿង) ចាប់ពីខែ មករា ដល់ថ្ងៃទី២០ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ ២០២៥ ដល់ផ្សារទំនើប និងអ្នកទិញក្នុងខេត្តសៀមរាប បាត់ដំបង ព្រះសីហនុ និងរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ។ សមាជិករបស់យើងក៏បានលើកឡើងពីកង្វល់មួយចំនួនទីអំពីផ្សារសម្រាប់សមាជិកកសិករ ការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលចំណេះដឹងបច្ចេកទេសសម្រាប់សមាជិកថ្មីដែលចាប់អារម្មណ៍ដាំដុះដំណាំថ្មីនៅកម្ពុជា ចំណេះដឹង បច្ចេកវិទ្យា និងសមត្ថភាពកែច្នៃ និងឃ្លាំងត្រជាក់ស្តុក ទុកផ្លែឈើដែលអាចរក្សាគុណភាពបានល្អក្រោយប្រមូលផល។
