CFAP CAMBODIA ANNUAL GENERAL ASSEBLY IN 2026 AT SVAY RIENG CITY, KINGDOM OF CAMBODIA 19TH JUNE 2026!

On 19th June 2026 the Cambodian Farmer Federation Association of Agricultural Producers (CFAP Cambodia) organized the Annual General Assembly (GA), the organization’s highest decision-making body where members approved internal laws. This year the CFAP GA approved several internal documents such as organizational code of conduct, organizational policy on harassment, staff and financial guidelines, annual membership fee, and the election of the interim chairman as a new chairman and one board member come from Kampong Cham province.

Farmers and farmers leaders come from Kamong Cham, Kampot, Kandal, Kep, Kampong Speu, Kampong Thom, Pailin, Prey Veng, Siem Reap and Svay Rieng participated in person, while all the seven board members, representing members in 15 provinces in Cambodia gathered at Kong Svay Rieng this year to exchange ideas, experiences, showcase their agroecological products and knowledge sharing on agriculture, agroecological practices, agroforestry, collective agri-businesses, innovations and the role of farmers’ organizations as key and active civil society organizations in food production, market linkages and policy engagement to support farmers and the farming communities. There were 58 participants, including 17 females participated in the CFAP Annual General Assembly in 2026. They got the opportunity to engage with farmer fellows and stakeholders, strengthen partnerships among farmers and farmers, farmers and private sector, farmers and development partners and farmers and decision-makers.

Stories from the fields, challenges faced by smallholder farmers, their farming communities and their organizations regarding climate change, needed capacity and organizational restructuring could shape future agriculture, livelihoods and the sustainability of agroecology and farmers’ organizations.

The CFAP Annual General Assembly began with a welcome opening address by Mr. Chhoun Sarin, CFAP Chairman, followed by opening remarks from Mr. Mey Veata, Program Manager of Uni4Coops and representative of sponsorship and then presentations of CFAP’s management, members and expertise as follows:-

1. CFAP achievements 2025-2026 by Mr. Sok Sotha, Chairman of Executive Committee, CFAP
2. Collective micro-agri-businesses of Sambo Meanchey Agricultural Cooperative, Kampong Cham province, presented by Mr. Cheng Thong, CFAP Board member and Chairman of Sambo AC.
3. Collective micro-agri-business and use of a revolving fund by Melon Association Siem Reap Meanchey, Siem Reap province, presented by Mr. Vann Ien, MASC Chairman.
4. Agroecological Practices – PGS and certification process by Mr. Srey Sokchea, TETARD Project Value Chain Specialist and Focal Point of PGS.
5. Agri machinery and technology by Mr. Hok Ratha, RMA Sales Manager.
6. Organic fertilizer from HUSK Venture by Mr. Vin Samea, Sales Manager.
7. The results of the UNDFF workshop by Mr. Sok Sotha, Chairman of Executive Committee, CFAP.
8. Financial status of CFAP 2025 by Mr. Ken Yaim, Board of Treasurer, CFAP, shifted to Mr. Sok Sotha due to his eyes problems, Board of treasure, CFAP.
9. Internal affairs including organizational strategies 2024-2028 for update.

The CFAP GA concluded that afternoon with fruitful results, allowing farmer members and leaders to take key takeaways home from the knowledge sharing sessions, presentations, discussions, internal affairs and showcase of local produce at the General Assembly in connection with ALiSEA Consumer’s Day.

The ALiSEA Consumer’s Day started from the afternoon on 19th to 20th June, 2026 with showcases of local products from farmers representing 15 provinces, attended by 149 participants (75 females) along the Waiko riverside. More than 30 booths were provided by ALiSEA with support from Uni4Coop and funding from SDC, Belgium (Partner in Development), AFD and the EU. The event aimed to raise public awareness of safe products produced through agroecological practices, promote the consumption and the value addition of these products among consumers, enhance the connection between consumers and producers, and provide a platform for members to showcase best practices and innovations.

នៅថ្ងៃទី១៩ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ សមាគមសហព័ន្ធកសិករកម្ពុជានៃអ្នកផលិតកសិកម្ម (ស៊ីហ្វាបកម្ពុជា – CFAP Cambodia) បានរៀបចំសន្និបាតប្រចាំឆ្នាំដែលជាស្ថាប័នធ្វើសេចក្តីសម្រេចចិត្តកំពូលរបស់សមាគមសហព័ន្ធ ដែលសមាជិកចូលរួមអនុម័តច្បាប់ផ្ទៃក្នុងនានា។ នៅឆ្នាំនេះសន្និបាត ហ្វាបកម្ពុជា – CFAP Cambodia បានអនុម័តឯកសារច្បាប់ផ្ទៃក្នុងរបស់ខ្លួនមួយចំនួនដូចជា៖ គោលការណ៍ច្បាប់ក្រមសីលធម៌ គោលការណ៍ច្បាប់ស្តីពីការបៀតបៀន និងគោលការណ៍ណែនាំបុគ្គលិកនិងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ ការបង់ប្រាក់សមាជិកភាពប្រចាំឆ្នាំសម្រាប់ទ្រង់ទ្រង់ការងាររដ្ឋបាល ការបោះឆ្នោតជ្រើសរើសប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាល និងការបោះឆ្នោតជ្រើសរើសសមាជិកក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាលមួយរូបមកពីសហគមន៍កសិកម្មខេត្តកំពង់ចាម។

ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំកសិករនិងកសិករមកពី១០ខេត្ត គឺ ខេត្តកំពង់ចាម កំពត កណ្តាល កែប កំពង់ស្ពឺ កំពង់ធំ ប៉ៃលិន ព្រៃវែង សៀមរាប និងស្វាយរៀង បានចូលរួមដោយផ្ទាល់ ខណៈដែលសមាជិកក្រុមប្រឹក្សាទាំងប្រាំពីររូបតំណាងឱ្យសមាជិកក្នុងខេត្តចំនួន១៥ ក្នុងព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានជួបជុំគ្នានៅក្រុងស្វាយរៀង ខេត្តស្វាយរៀង ក្នុងឆ្នាំនេះ ដើម្បីផ្លាស់ប្តូរមតិ យោបល់ ការចែករំលែកចំណេះដឹង បទពិសោធន៍ការងារកសិកម្ម កសិអេកូឡូស៊ី និងកសិរុក្ខកម្ម។ អាជីវកម្មកសិ-ពាណិជ្ជកម្មសមូហភាព នវានុវត្តន៍ និងតួនាទីរបស់អង្គការកសិករ (សហគមន៍កសិកម្ម សមាគមអ្នកផលិតកសិកម្ម ក្រុមកសិករ) ជាអង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិលដ៏សំខាន់ៗនិងសកម្មក្នុងការផលិតស្បៀង ចំណីអាហារ ការផ្សារភ្ជាប់ទីផ្សារ និងការចូលរួមគោលនយោបាយដើម្បីគាំទ្រកសិករនិងសហគមន៍អ្នកផលិតកសិកម្ម។ មានអ្នកចូលរួមចំនួន៥៨នាក់ ក្នុងនោះមានស្ត្រី១៧នាក់ បានចូលរួមក្នុងសន្និបាតប្រចាំឆ្នាំ របស់ C.F.A.P ក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នេះ ។ ពួកគេទទួលបានឱកាសចូលរួមជាមួយកសិករនិងអ្នកពាក់ព័ន្ធដទៃទៀត ពង្រឹងភាពជាដៃគូក្នុងចំណោមកសិករនិងកសិករ កសិករនិងវិស័យឯកជន កសិករនិងដៃគូអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ និងកសិករនិងអ្នកធ្វើសេចក្តី សម្រេចចិត្តនានា ។

រឿងរ៉ាវពីវាលស្រែ បញ្ហាប្រឈម ដែលគ្រួសារកសិករ សហគមន៍កសិកម្ម និងអង្គការរបស់ពួកគេប្រឈមមុខទាក់ទងទៅនឹងការប្រែប្រួលអាកាសធាតុ សមត្ថភាពចំណេះជំនាញដែលត្រូវការជាចាំបាច់ និងការរៀបចំរចនាសម្ព័ន្ធគ្រប់គ្រងដឹកនាំឡើងវិញអាចកំណត់អនាគតវិស័យកសិកម្ម កសិអេកូឡូស៊ី ជីវភាពរស់នៅ និងនិរន្តរភាពនៃកសិអេកូឡូស៊ី និងអង្គការកសិករផងដែរ។

សន្និបាតប្រចាំឆ្នាំនៃសមាគមសហព័ន្ធកសិករកម្ពុជានៃអ្នកផលិតកសិកម្ម (ស៊ីហ្វាបកម្ពុជា – CFAP Cambodia) បានចាប់ផ្តើមដោយសុន្ទរកថាស្វាគមន៍ដោយលោក ឈួន សារិន ប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាល (ស៊ីហ្វាបកម្ពុជា – CFAP Cambodia) បន្ទាប់មកទៀត សុន្ទរកថាបើកដោយ លោក ម៉ី វាសនា ប្រធានកម្មវិធីនៃអង្គការ Uni4Coops និងជាបន្តបន្ទាប់មកការធ្វើបទបង្ហាញរបស់ប្រធានគណៈកម្មការប្រតិបត្តិដែលតំណាងឱ្យផ្នែកគ្រប់គ្រងនៃ (ស៊ីហ្វាបកម្ពុជា – CFAP Cambodia) តំណាងអង្គការសមាជិក (ស៊ីហ្វាបកម្ពុជា – CFAP Cambodia) និងអ្នកជំនាញមកពីស្ថាប័ននានាក្នុងការចែករំលែកចំណេះដឹង ដូចខាងក្រោម៖ –

១. សមិទ្ធិផល(ស៊ីហ្វាបកម្ពុជា – CFAP Cambodia) ឆ្នាំ២០២៥-២០២៦ ដោយ លោក សុខ សុថា ប្រធាន គណៈកម្មាធិការប្រតិបត្តិ CFAP។
២. សហគមន៍កសិកម្មទំនើបបន្លែសំបូរមានជ័យ ខេត្តកំពង់ចាម បង្ហាញដោយ លោក ឆេង ថុង សមាជិកក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាល CFAP និងជាប្រធានសហគមន៍កសិកម្មទំនើបបន្លែសំបូរមានជ័យ ។
៣. អាជីវកម្មខ្នាតតូចកសិ-ពាណិជ្ជកម្មរួម និងការប្រើប្រាស់ទុនបង្វិលដោយសមាគមត្រសក់ផ្អែមសៀមរាបមានជ័យ ខេត្តសៀមរាប បង្ហាញដោយ លោក វ៉ាន់ អៀន ប្រធានសមាគម MASC ។
៤. ការអនុវត្តកសិកម្ម – ភី.ជី.អេស PGS និងដំណើរការបញ្ជាក់វិញ្ញាបនបត្រ ដោយ លោក ស្រី សុខជា អ្នកឯកទេសខ្សែច្រវាក់តម្លៃគម្រោង TETARD និង Focal Point នៃ PGS អង្គការ GRET ។
៥. គ្រឿងយន្តកសិកម្មនិងបច្ចេកវិទ្យាកសិកម្ម ដោយ លោក ហុក រដ្ឋា ប្រធានផ្នែកលក់ RMA ។
៦. ជីសរីរាង្គពីក្រុមហ៊ុន HUSK Venture ដោយ លោក វីន សាមៀ ប្រធានផ្នែកលក់។
៧. លទ្ធផលនៃសិក្ខាសាលារបស់ UNDFF ដោយ លោក សុខ សុថា ប្រធានគណៈកម្មាធិការប្រតិបត្តិ CFAP ។
៨. ស្ថានភាពហិរញ្ញវត្ថុនៃ CFAP 2025-2026 ដោយ លោក កែន យុំា ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាលនៃ CFAP សមាជិកក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាលទទួលបន្ទុកហិរញ្ញឹក ។
៩. កិច្ចការផ្ទៃក្នុង រួមទាំងការពិនិត្យផែនការយុទ្ធសាស្ត្ររៀបចំ ២០២៤-២០២៨ សម្រាប់បច្ចុប្បន្នភាពដល់សមាជិកសន្និបាតទាំងមូល។

សន្និបាតប្រចាំឆ្នាំបានធ្វើសេចក្តីស្និដ្ឋានបញ្ចប់នៅរសៀលថ្ងៃ.ខែ.ឆ្នាំដដែល ជាមួយនឹងលទ្ធផលប្រកបដោយផ្លែផ្កា ដែលសមាជិក និងថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំកសិករទទួលបាននូវមេរៀននិងចំណេះដឹងល្អៗត្រឡប់ទៅសហគមន៍វិញ តាមរយៈការចែករំលែកចំណេះដឹង បទពិសោធន៍ បទបង្ហាញ ការពិភាក្សា កិច្ចការផ្ទៃក្នុង និងការបន្តដាក់បង្ហាញផលិតផលក្នុងស្រុកនៅក្នុងទិវាអ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ដែលរៀបចំឡើងដោយ ALiSEA Consumer’s Day។

ទិវាអ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ ALiSEA បានចាប់ផ្តើមពីរសៀល ថ្ងៃទី១៩ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី២០ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ដោយមានការដាក់តាំងបង្ហាញពិព័រណ៍ផលិតផលក្នុងស្រុករបស់កសិករតំណាងមកពី១៥ ខេត្ត/ក្រុង ដោយមានអ្នកចូលរួមចំនួន១៤៩ នាក់ (ស្រី ៧៥នាក់) នៅតាមបណ្តោយមាត់ទន្លេ Waiko ក្រុងស្វាយរៀង។ មានស្តង់ជាង៣០ ត្រូវបានផ្តល់ឱ្យដោយ ALiSEA ដោយមានការគាំទ្រពី Uni4Coop និងការផ្តល់មូលនិធិពី SDC, Belgium (Partner in Development), AFD និងEU។ ព្រឹត្តិការណ៍នេះមានគោលបំណងលើកកម្ពស់ការយល់ដឹងជាសាធារណៈអំពីផលិតផលប្រកបដោយសុវត្ថិភាពដែលផលិតតាមរយៈការអនុវត្តកសិកម្មតាមបែបកសិអេកូឡូស៊ី លើកកម្ពស់ការប្រើប្រាស់និងការបន្ថែមតម្លៃនៃផលិតផលទាំងនេះក្នុងចំណោមអ្នកប្រើប្រាស់បង្កើនទំនាក់ទំនងរវាងអ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ និងកសិករដែលជាអ្នកផលិតនិងផ្តល់វេទិកាសម្រាប់សមាជិកដើម្បីបង្ហាញពីការអនុវត្តល្អបំផុតនិងនវានុវត្តន៍។
