THE CLIMAKERS WORKSHOP-SESSION2!

On 29 September 2022, CFAP funder and managing director and Board member of the World Farmers’ Organisation for Asia, Sok Sotha gave an opening remarks at the workshop “the Climakers” organized by the World Farmers’ Organisation and Institute for the Development of Agricultural Cooperation in Asia (IDACA) with digital technical support from the International Cooperation and Development Fund, Taiwan under the theme “The Climakers” in Asia and the Pacific aimed at sharing and dissemination of best practices on climate change mitigation and adaptation implementation by farmers in Asia and the Pacific.

The workshop coordinated by Mr. Hirofumi Kobayashi, Executive Director of IDACA with about 100 people from 38 countries. The workshop presented by six speakers come from six countries i.e. (1). NACF, Korea, (2). Poultries farmer, Nauru, (3). JA ZENCHU, Japan, (4). Agriculture office, Tuvalu, and (5). Cooperative, Malaysia, (6). Georgia.

The workshop jointly closed by Amb. Timothy T.Y. Hsiang, a Secretary General of the International Cooperation and Development Fund, Taiwan and the Secretary General of WFO, Ms. Arianna Giuliodori.
