The Cambodian Farmer Federation Association of Agricultural Producers (CFAP Cambodia) was established in 2002 and registered with the Ministry of Interior (MOI) of the Kingdom of Cambodia under Proclamation No. 564/Prak dated February 9, 2018, and Letter No. 2453 S.J.N. dated September 19, 2023.
The Cambodian Farmer Federation Association of Agricultural Producers operates at three tier levels: national, provincial, and producer group. Currently, the federation has members across more than 14 provinces/municipalities, with a total individual membership of 183,332, of whom 52% are women. The association plans to each 25% of youth male and female by end 2028.
CFAP currently focused on:-
1). Build and strengthen the capacity of member farmer organizations and knowledge sharing.
2). Facilitate market linkages and address issues related to digitalization, climate change, agroecology, agroforestry, innovation, micro-collective markets, and value chains.
3). Conduct research/study and document field stories.
4). Policy dialogue and participate.
