SUN Cham (he/him)

​​I work as a project assistant and office support at the Cambodian Farmer Federation Association of Agricultural Producers (CFAP Cambodia). I coordinate the project/program process under the supervision of the executive committee. I also participate in preparing the annual work plan and budget (AWPB), liaise with members’ organizations, cooperatives and relevant stakeholders including local authorities, government and provide training and consultation to member organizations.  Monitoring the activity progress.

Before working for CFAP, I had two years of experience in community development through volunteer work related to land issues, serving as a community outreach and awareness promoter from 2024 to early 2026.

In 2021 I participated in youth volunteer activities under the Ta Suos Commune Project in collaboration with the Youth Council for Unity and Development (YCUD). Through this program, I contributed to community volunteer initiatives and supported local and rural development.
