Ms. Pen Seyden was born on February 28, 1997. Seyden graduated a bachelor degree, major in Agronomy from Svay Rieng University. She experienced on agriculture from her parents who are active on animals rearing, vegetable growing, rice growing and grass growing. She started working for the Cambodian Farmer Federation Association of Agricultural Producers (CFAP-Cambodia) in 2020 as office assistant and agribusiness and value chain officer. In this capacity, she focuses more on development of technical training manuals in collaboration with CFAP’s management unit, facilitation between CFAP and members’ organizations, building the capacity of members’ organisations and facilitation between producers and buyers. Further, she also provides training and advisory support to CFAP’s local agribusiness advisor (LABA) on the uses of information communication technology (ICT) by using the App Chamka when farmers needed technical assistance.
